Here are the four behavioral styles: “D”- is the dominant or the risk taking style. If you are a “D” you are likely to prefer entrepreneurial pursuits where you can lead projects and present new ideas. You will have no trouble contacting the CEO of a major company and scheduling an appointment. You might have a tendency to be a bit heavy handed and if you’re not careful, you could chase some customers away. The “I” style is the people oriented style, motivated by recognition and interaction with others. If you are an “I” you will be great at marketing your business and persuading customers to buy your products. You may even get your foot in to door with a customer when your product or idea is not well thought out and this could cause you to lose a sale. The “S” is the Steadiness or team player style that tends to be cooperative and prefers to work in settings with others.

If you are an “S” style you will excel in projects that provide clear steps and processes that are sequential. You will do well with customers who like your dependability and you calming reassuring nature. You may be challenged with changes to your processes or your projects and you may have to work harder when responding to changes. If you are a “C”, you are analytical and logical.
You are reserved and business like in your demeanor and are quite comfortable working alone. Your customers will appreciate your attention to detail and the high quality of your work. You may
be challenged with in person meetings or criticism of your work and you will need to take care to meet customer deadlines.

Because most home based businesses are operated by sole proprietors or micro businesses, understanding your behavioral style is a quick and easy way to get real feedback that will forever change your business life! When you are in touch with your behavioral style you will learn what motivates you, become more aware of your own style preferences and biases, and understand how you react when you are frustrated or under stress. Moreover, you will be able to learn how to communicate more effectively to meet the style preferences of your customers, your business partners and your vendors.

So what style are you? What about your customers? Commenting on other people blogs is a great way for people to notice you and become interested in what you are about. Your comment if done well will peak a person's curiosity about you and they will check you out.

Forums
There are literally hundreds of forums on anything you can think of. Join a few and comment on the tops they have. When you join there is usually a signature box below where you can leave your link to your business or website. Some of them even let you add a URL to your profile page.

My Traffic Box is a new site that says it guarantees more CONVERTING web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost.  So I decided to put it to the test...

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel.  It is easy to read and understand.  Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes.  Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "My Traffic Box" links.  You create ads for anything you want to promote using the My Traffic Box Ad Generator, which is very easy to use.  You can create as many links and as many ads as you like.  And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference.  Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login.  Very smart!

After you've created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic.  Just use and promote the new My Traffic Box link instead of the original source link you had.  Every time the My Traffic Box link is clicked, the page loads followed by a cool slide-up ad window at the bottom.  It displays an ad PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to My Traffic Box.  So if anyone clicks the My Traffic Box image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral.  It's a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your My Traffic Box links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members' links get clicked.  So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

I didn't get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated--my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed.  My Traffic Box even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays.  That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all--downline emailing.  You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where My Traffic Box really shines.  They took time to make the emailing often enough that it's valuable as a user, but no so often that it's a burden to your downline.  But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again.  Now THAT's cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with My Traffic Box.  It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises.  Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

4 years ago I left my job as a sales manager to start a home based business. I had already bought a lot of books promising substantial incomes within days or at least a month.

Nothing could stop me now – I had several projects up and running in no time.

Often it is a question of making minor changes, measuring the effects of the changes and wait for things to start happen.

Forth mistake is starting cheating when you get desperate and low on self-esteem There are a lot of scrupulous people out there making money from guys like you who has been knocked in the first round
